鼎坤策略 19岁“抗癌博主”离世！这种癌出现“年轻化”趋势……

8月15日鼎坤策略，博主“梁文伯【尘世间】”在账号上发布消息，称山东19岁抗癌网红“梦圆”去世。

梦圆在14日的早上离开了世界，临终前委托自己最爱的哥哥编辑发布遗言。她在15岁的时候被确诊晚期。

遗言中称：“从15岁到现在，抗癌这五年，病痛每天都折磨着我，在每个煎熬的时刻，都是你们陪着我，让我感受到了温暖。”

A 19-year-old Chinese social media influencer, known as \"Meng Yuan\", who documented her fight against nasopharyngeal cancer, passed away on Thursday, according to a post by blogger Liang Wenbo, the girl's brother, on Friday.

Before her death, Meng Yuan entrusted her elder brother to share her final words online. \"From the age of 15 until now, I've battled cancer for five years. Every day was filled with pain, but your support kept me warm during my darkest moments,\" she wrote.

据此前视频介绍，梦圆在15岁时被确诊为鼻咽癌，癌细胞已经发生了淋巴转移，化疗的副作用让她的头发大把脱落，身体也变得极度虚弱，由于病情恶化，她的左眼逐渐失明，容貌也发生了巨大的变化。

去世前，梦圆曾拜托网友帮其拍摄遗照，称“我活不过今年了”。

Diagnosed at just 15, Meng Yuan's cancer had already metastasized to her lymph nodes. Chemotherapy caused severe side effects, including hair loss and extreme physical weakness. As her condition worsened, she lost vision in her left eye and underwent significant physical changes. In her final days, she asked her followers to help take a portrait for her memorial, saying, \"I won't make it through this year.\"

鼻咽癌发病年龄年轻化

近年来鼎坤策略，鼻咽癌的发病年龄逐渐年轻化。

鼻咽癌是指发生在鼻咽腔顶部和侧壁的一种恶性肿瘤。鼻咽癌早期症状容易与普通鼻炎、感冒混淆，导致延误治疗。

Nasopharyngeal cancer, a malignant tumor in the nasopharynx, is increasingly affecting younger individuals. Early symptoms — such as persistent nasal congestion, bloody nasal discharge, and tinnitus — are often mistaken for common colds or sinusitis, delaying diagnosis.

据媒体报道，鼻咽癌是指发生在鼻咽腔顶后壁或侧壁的恶性肿瘤，高发人群为40-50岁的男性。该病有明显的种族易感性及家族高发倾向，世界上几乎一半的新发鼻咽癌患者在中国。

研究显示，我国鼻咽癌呈现“南高北低”的趋势，广东、广西、湖南、福建、江西等地高发，其中又以广东省发病率最高，患病人数大约占到全国的60%。

While the disease predominantly affects men aged 40–50, studies show a rising trend among those aged 30–60. China accounts for nearly half of global cases, with higher incidence rates in southern regions like Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian. Guangdong alone represents about 60 percent of the country's cases.

EB病毒是导致鼻咽癌的重要因素之一，咸鱼、腌肉、腌菜这类食物含较高的亚硝胺盐，尤其是一种称之为二亚硝基哌嗪的物质含量特别高，均被认为与鼻咽癌发病关系密切。

此外，鼻咽癌发病的种族特异性和家族高发倾向，提示鼻咽癌发病可能与血缘和遗传有关。

EB virus infection, a diet high in salted fish and pickled foods (rich in nitrosamines), and genetic predisposition are major contributors. The disease's familial clustering suggests strong ties to lifestyle and heredity.

需要注意的是，近年来鼻咽癌呈现年轻化趋势，多见于30-60岁。

常见的鼻咽癌症状包括持续性鼻塞、鼻涕带血、耳鸣、听力下降、头痛、面部麻木以及颈部肿块等，因此出现这7个早期信号要警惕。

Common symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer include persistent nasal congestion, blood-tinged nasal discharge, tinnitus, hearing loss, headaches, facial numbness, and neck masses. If you experience any related symptoms, it is crucial to be alert and seek medical evaluation.

一旦出现症状，尤其是症状持续不缓解时，应尽快到正规医院进行专业检查。
